  The City Parks Foundation Presents,  Mundo Ninos, today at 10:30 Am in Haffen Park, Bronx, NY.  Mundo Ninos, is a musical group that teaches children about music, different cultures, Math basics and nature and the environment, by incorporating these ideas into their music. This is a Free Event.  Haffen Park is located from Hammersley Avenue to Burke Avenue, between Ely and Gunther Avneues in the Bronx.

Play Chess at the Tony Dapolito recreation center located at Carmine and Clarkson Streets and 7th Avenue, in Manhattan, from 11:00AM-4:00PM. This is a Free Event.
 While there, you can go for a Swim, if you like, in the center's beautiful outdoor pool. Pool hours are 11:00AM-7:00PM with a break between 3:00PM-4:00PM for pool cleaning.  Bring a towel and a lock for your locker. Use of the Pool is  Free.

The Brooklyn Cyclones Vs the Lowell Spinners, today at 12:00PM, at MCU Park, located at, 1904 Surf Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.  Today is Camp day/ meet the Cyclones Monday. Ticket Prices Vary.






The New York Mets Vs The Florida Marlins, tonight at 7:10PM, at Citi-Field, located at 123-01 Roosevelt Avenue, Flushing, NY. Ticket Prices Vary.






The Martin Luther King Jr Concert Series, continues tonight with Gospel night, featuring Mary Mary and Ricky Dillard.  The concert is scheduled to begin at 7:30PM, at Wingate Field, located on Brooklyn Avenue between Rutland Road and Winthrop Street, Brooklyn, NY.  This is a Free Event.


Coney Island Flicks On The Beach Presents the film, Rango, on the beach at Coney Island, at west 12th Street (near Luna Park) Brooklyn, NY.  Prior to the film, there will be a live DJ at 7:00PM.  At 8:30PM, Rooftop Films will present, IC Waters, a short film about the Coney Island Polar Bear Club.  The main feature, Rango is scheduled to begin at approximately 8:40PM.  This is a Free Event.


The HBO Bryant Park Summer Film Festival presents the film, In The Heat Of The Night, On the lawn of Bryant Park, located between 5th and 6th Avenues and 40th and 42nd Streets, in Manhattan.  The lawn opens at 5:00PM, for blankets and picnics.  The Film begins between 8:00PM-9:00PM.  this is a Free Event.
