The 85th Annual Feast Of San Gennaro continues today, from 11:30AM-11:00PM.   From 2:00PM-3:00PM, Singer Sal Manzo will be Performing.   From 7:00PM-9:30PM, Nostalgia will Perform a live concert.   The event is Free to attend.   The feast takes place along Mulberry Street between Canal and Hudson Streets.   From east to west, the festival takes place on Grand Street, between Mott and Baxter Streets and Hester Street between Mott and Baxter Streets, Manhattan, NY.


The New York Hall Of Science offers Free Admission, today and Every Friday from september through June, from 2:00PM-5:00PM. The hours of operation of the New York Hall Of Science are as follows,Tuesday-Thursday from 9:30AM-2:00PM, Friday 9:30AM- 5:00PM and Saturday and Sunday 10:00AM-6:00PM.   The New York Hall Of Science is located at 47-01 111th Street, Queens, NY.


The Auburndale Library Presents A Tribute To The Music Of Bobby Darin Neil Diamond And Paul Anka, today at 2:00PM.  Singer/ Piano Player, Arnie Gruber has appeared at the Rainbow Room, the Plaza Hotel and the Waldorf-Astoria.  The performance is Free.   The Auburndale Library is located at 25-55 Francis Lewis Boulevard, Flushing (Queens) NY.


The Holy Cross Greek Cultural Festival will take place today, from 2:00PM- 11:00PM, on Ridge Boulevard, between 84th and 86th Streets, Brooklyn, NY.   The festival will feature, food, Greek music and entertainment, Greek dancing, rides, games and vendors.  The festival will also continue on Saturday, from 12:00PM-11:00PM and Sunday from 12:00PM-7:00PM.   The event is Free to attend.


The Rosedale Library Presents An Afternoon Of Music, today at 4:00PM, featuring local young rising artists, performing on  various instruments, such as the guitar and violin.   The performance is Free.  The Rosedale Library is located at 144-20 243 Street, Rosedale, (Queens) NY.


Ringshout presents A Celebration Of Black Literature, tonight from 7:00PM-9:00PM, at MoCADA, located at 80 Hanson Place, (at South Portland Avenue) Brooklyn, NY.   Enjoy an evening of readings by three acclaimed African American women writers.  There is a suggested donation of $5.00 for this event.



Ripple: A Brooklyn Salon will be held at the BRIC Rotunda Gallery, tonight from 7:00PM-9:00PM.   Enjoy an evening of readings music and more.   This event is Free.   The BRIC Rotunda Gallery is located at 33 Clinton Street, (off Pierrepont Street) Brooklyn, NY.


Canteen Magazine Presents: Hot Authors, tonight from 7:00PM-11:00PM, at 3rd Ward, located at 195 Morgan Avenue, (between Stagg and Meadow Streets) Brooklyn, NY.  Enjoy a photo exhibit, Panel discussion and Launch Party.  There will be live music from Year Of The Tiger and Gunfight.  In addition there will be DJ's and Complimentary drinks from Manhattan Cocktail Classic.  The event is Free.

The Greenlight Book Store will host the Brooklyn Indie Party, tonight at 7:30PM, at 686 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY.  There will be music by DJ Johnny Temple, food, drinks and fun.  This event is Free.  Food and drinks are also complimentary


The High Line will host a Free Film Screening of, All Aboard, a 28 minute film that pays homage to the history of trains in cinema.  Using scenes from numerous films, All aboard shows how trains and train stations have been used as a backdrop in many of our favorite films.  The film screening is Free and begins at 7:30PM.  It will be screened again four times.  The last screening will be at 9:30PM.  The film will be shown at the 14th Street passage, on the High Line.  For directions and other information, click on the above link.
