Come to The Skyscraper Museum and see the museum's newest exhibit, SuperTall, which features information about some of the tallest buildings in the world. The museum is Low Cost.  regular Admission is only $5.00 for Adults and $2.50 for Students and Seniors.The Museum is open from 12:00PM-6:00PM- Wednesday - Sunday.  The Skyscraper Museum is located at 39 Battery Place, Manhattan, NY.


Stroll around the grounds of the Queens County Farm Museum.  Admission is Free Except for Special Event days.  View the animals and feed the goats with feed, purchased from the museum gift shop.  The farm is open Daily 10:00AM-5:00PM.  Outdoor visiting only, Monday-Friday.  The Queens County Farm Museum is located at 73-50 Little Neck parkway, Floral Park, NY.


Visit the Bronx Zoo today.  Admission on Wednesday is by donation.  The suggested donation is $16.00 Adults, $12.00 Children and Seniors$ 14.00.  Remember, this is only a Suggested donation and you can pay whatever you wish to donate.  The Wildlife Lego Sculptures are still on display and will remain on display through september 30th, 2011. The Zoo is currently open from 10:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday and from 10:00AM-5:30PM Weekends and holidays.  The Bronx Zoo is located at 2300 Southern Boulevard, Bronx, NY.


The Staten Island Zoo offers Free Admission, today and Every Wednesday, after 2:00PM.  Parking is Free Everyday, with the exception of special events.  The zoo is open Daily from 10:00AM-4:45PM.  The Staten Island Zoo is located on the North Shore of Staten Island, at 614, Broadway, Staten Island, NY.


The Brooklyn Cyclones Vs The Williamsport Crosscutters, today at 12:00PM, at MCU Park, located at 1904 Surf Avenue, Brooklyn, NY.  Today is Camp day.  Everyone can run the bases after the game.  Ticket Prices Vary.


Bring the kids to the Dongan Hills Library today, at 2:30PM, for the one man show, Katcha And The Devil And Other Czechoslovak Tales. The show, performed by Vit  Horejs, features marionettes and is composed of favorite Czech fairy tales, such as Salt Over Gold, The Snow Maiden and The Wandering Egg.  It is in English and is recommended for children 7-12 Years old.  The show is Free, sounds charming and should be lots of fun.

Come to a Manga Drawing Workshop with Ivan Velez, today at 3:30PM, at the 67th Street Library.  Learn how to draw your characters and plot your stories, Etc.  This Event is Free and is for ages 12 to 18.  All materials will be provided.  The 67th Street library is located at 328 East 67th Street (near 1st Avenue), Manhattan, NY.


Summerstage Presents The Budos Band, tonight at 7:00PM, in Tappen Park in Staten Island.  The band is said to be influenced by such performers as The Cairo jazz Band, J.C Davis, Mulatu Astatke, and Black Sabbath.  They are described as bringing an explosion of sound and styles.  The Concert is Free.  Tappen Park is located at Canal Street from Wright to Bay streets, Staten Island, NY.


The Madison Square Park Conservancy will host the band, Pedro Martinez Group, tonight from 7:00PM-8:30PM, on the oval lawn in Madison Square Park.  Pedro Martinez is a world class bandleader, singer and conga player who has performed with Taj Mahal, John Scofield and others.  The concert is Free.  Madison Square Park is located Between Broadway and Madison Avenues, from East 23rd to East 26th Streets, Manhattan, NY.

Movies Under The Stars at Riverside park Presents the film, Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes, at Pier 1 in Riverside Park. The film will begin at approximately 8:30PM and Admission is Free.  Pier 1 at Riverside Park is located at Riverside drive and 70th Street, Manhattan, NY.


Movies Under The Stars In Hoboken at Pier A Park, Presents the film, The Wizard of Oz, tonight at approximately 8:30PM.  This is a Free Event.  Pier A Park is located at First Street and Frank Sinatra Drive, (overlooking the  Manhattan skyline) Hoboken, NJ.


The Summerscreen film series in McCarren Park continues, tonight with the film, Clueless.  The event is Free and begins at 6:00PM with live music and happy hour specials.  The film begins at Dusk.  The McCarren Park Ballfields, where the event takes place is located at Bedford Avenue and North 12th Street, in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, NY.

The Socrates Sculpture Park Outdoor Cinema Series continues, tonight, with the film, The Straight Story.  At 7:00PM, there will be pre- screening performances by local musicians and/ or dancers.  The film will begin at Sunset.
