The Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival continues today from 9:00AM-5:00PM, in Flushing Meadow park.  Todays activities will include musical entertainment, cultural dances, craft demonstrations, martial arts demonstrations and even a circus performance. The Studio Museum in Harlem, offers Free Admission, today and Every Sunday.  The museum is open on Sundays from 12:00PM-6:00PM.  Other hours of operation, are as follows.  The museum is open Thursdays and Fridays from 12:00PM-9:00PM and Saturdays from 10:00AM-6:00PM.  The museum contains many interesting exhibits and upcoming events.  The Studio Museum is located at 144 West 125th Street, Manhattan, NY.

Summerstage will host an afternoon of Gospel music, featuring Donald Lawrence And Special Guests, Hosted by Hezekiah Walker.  The concert is free and  will take place today at 3:00PM, at the Central Park Mainstage at Rumsey playground.  The central Park mainstage is located at 72nd Street and 5th Avenue, Manhattan, NY.


Go on a  Discover Tour  of Prospect park guided by a naturalist and view birds and other wildlife. The one hour walking tour is Free and takes place today and Every Sunday at 3:00PM.  The tour meets at the Audubon Center in Prospect Park.  The Audubon Center can be reached from the Lincoln Road/ Ocean Avenue entrance to the park.

Movie Nights On The Beach will Present the film, Rango, tonight on Rockaway Beach.  Prior to the film, there will be entertainment and refreshments, beginning at 6:00PM.  The film will begin at Sundown.  Bring chairs or blankets.  This is a Free event that will take place at the 108th Street Hockey Rink, in Rockaway Beach, Queens, NY.




Amplified Sundays at Riverside Park Presents, the musical group, Los Soneros de Oriente, for an evening of Cuban Music.  The concert is Free and begins at 7:00PM, on pier 1 of Riverside Park.  Pier 1 is located at Riverside Drive and 70th Street, Manhattan, NY.
